Genumark, Canada’s largest corporate branded merchandise distributor and Rightsleeve's parent company, is proud to announce that it has been named a 2023 Platinum Club winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program.

Toronto, ON, Canada (MAY 9, 2023) – RIghtsleeve, Canada’s largest corporate branded merchandise distributor, is proud to announce that it has been named a 2023 Platinum Club winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program.

Canada’s Best Managed Companies is Canada’s leading business awards program, recognizing excellence in private Canadian-owned companies. Hundreds of entrepreneurial companies undergo a rigorous application process each year, but only the best are awarded this prestigious designation. Platinum Club winners like Rightsleeve are businesses that have maintained their Best Managed status for seven years or more.

“We are exceptionally proud of maintaining our Platinum Club designation again this year,” said Rightsleeve CEO, Mitch Freed. “Our team is committed to building on our long-standing reputation of excellence in customer care and innovation, and this recognition signifies that we are continuing to head in the right direction.”

To achieve Best Managed status, companies undergo a rigorous application process. They are judged on core business criteria across four pillars - Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, Governance and Financials - by an external panel of judges.

“This award celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit, determination and innovation of the private business community in Canada, and we are proud to be named alongside the other exceptional winners,” said Freed. “We join them in working to build a better, more equitable, and more sustainable future for all.”

ABOUT CANADA’S BEST MANAGED COMPANIES PROGRAM

Canada’s Best Managed Companies continues to be the mark of excellence for Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues over $50 million. The awards are granted on four levels: 1) Canada’s Best Managed Companies new winner (one of the new winners selected each year); 2) Canada’s Best Managed Companies winner (award recipients that have re-applied and successfully retained their Best Managed designation for two additional years, subject to annual operational and financial review); 3) Gold Standard winner (after three consecutive years of maintaining their Best Managed status, these winners have demonstrated their commitment to the program and successfully retained their award for 4-6 consecutive years); 4) Platinum Club member (winners that have maintained their Best Managed status for seven years or more).
